 1) PROVIDE FOUNDATION PLAN ? FOOTINGS/SLAB ON
 GRADE/REINFORCING.
 WHAT IS SUPPORTING THE SHED AND HOW IS IT CONNECTED TO
 THE FOUNDATION?
 THE SHEET AD-1 THAT WAS SUBMITTED HAS OPTIONS FOR
 ATTACHMENT. PLEASE CIRCLE THE ONE THAT IS BEING USED
 AND PROVIDE DETAIL OF THE PAD OR BLOCKING BEING USED AS
 FOUNDATION.
  
 2) WINDOW AND/OR DOOR SCHEDULE WITH ROUGH OPENINGS AND
 DESIGN WIND LOADS.
  
 3) PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOFING, WINDOWS AND/OR DOORS.
  
 R301.2.1.2 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS. STORAGE SHEDS THAT
 ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND THAT HAVE A
 FLOOR AREA OF 720 SQUARE FEET (67 M2) OR LESS ARE NOT
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE MANDATORY WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 IMPACT STANDARD OF THIS CODE.
 THIS MEANS THAT THE WINDOWS AND DOORS DO NOT NEED TO BE
 IMPACT, OR NO PANELS OR SHUTTERS NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
