 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.

 PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE NOT REVIEWED BY THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD AND INFORMATION ON PRODUCT APPROVAL IS NOT
 MARKED SHOWING THE SPECIFIC SIZE, TYPE OF GLAZING
 MULLION SIZE, ETC AS REQUESTED.
 NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AS
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS.

 FRONT ENTRY DESIGN WITH A DOUBLE DOOR LOBBY/ VESTIBULE
 SYSTEM. WITH THIS TYPE OF SYSTEM YOU STILL WILL NEED TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 404.2.6 DOORS IN SERIES AND FIGURE 404.2.6. THE
 DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO HINGED OR PIVOTED DOORS IN SERIES
 AND GATES IN SERIES SHALL BE 48 INCHES MINIMUM PLUS THE
 WIDTH OF DOORS OR GATES SWINGING INTO THE SPACE.

 NOT ADDRESSED. AND, THERE IS A NEW COMMENT THAT
 UNFORTUNATELY WAS OVERLOOKED REGARDING THE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED AT MANUAL DOORS. IT LOOKS LIKE THE
 CORRIDOR LEADING TO OFFICE #105 IS TOO NARROW.
 ACCORDING TO SEC. 404.2.4.1 AND FIGURE 404.2.4.1(J) FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY, THE MINIMUM CORRIDOR WIDTH NEEDS TO BE
 AT LEAST 42 INCHES. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED.

 THIS EXTERIOR WALL & CEILING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED FROM.
