 EXTERIOR ARCADE SIGN
  
 1) NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. CITYPLACE RETAIL HAS
 SUBMITTED A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR THE
 RELOCATION OF THE SIGN OUTSIDE OF THE SIGN ZONE.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT ALL
 FASTENERS BE CONCEALED. THE EXTERIOR ARCADE SIGN HAS
 EXPOSED FASTENERS WHICH NEED TO BE CONCEALED. THEY CAN
 BE CAPPED LIKE THE ONES ON THE PROPOSED INTERIOR ARCADE
 SIGN IN PERMIT 19081457.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN PROHIBITS EXPOSED
 CONDUIT. THE EXTERIOR ARCADE SIGN HAS EXPOSED CONDUIT
 WHICH NEEDS TO BE CONCEALED.
  
 5) THE VARIOUS DRAWINGS SHOW CONFLICTING CONDITIONS.
 THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS PROVIDE THAT THE BOTTOM OF THE
 SIGN LETTERS ARE MOUNTED TO THE FRONT OF A TWO INCH
 TUBE THAT IS THEN MOUNTED TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 ARCHWAY. THE SECTION DRAWING FOR THE ATTACHMENT DETAILS
 SHOWS THE LETTERS ATTACHED TO THE TWO INCH ALUMINUM
 TUBE AT THREE LOCATIONS THAT ARE ABOVE THE TWO INCH
 ALUMINUM U-CHANNEL WITH A STUD MOUNT. ARE THE UPPER
 PORTIONS OF THE LETTERS MOUNTED TO A BACKING ELEMENT
 THAT RUNS THE LENGTH OF THE SIGN OR ARE THE LETTERS
 FLOATING. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEAR ON THE PLANS. NOTE THE
 SIMULATED NIGHT VIEW INDICATES THAT THE SCRIPT IS
 MOUNTED TO A PANEL.
  
 6) PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE SIGNS BASED
 ON THE CURRENT CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN, NOT THE
 PROPOSED ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA. THERE
 ARE ELEMENTS OF THE PROPOSED SIGN AND LOCATION THAT DO
 NOT MEET THE PROPOSED CRITERIA.
