| | RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE. |

| | STIPULATE THAT THE POLE IS NOT TO BE IN FRONT OF A |
| | HOUSE AND NOT ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET AS |
| | RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IF THAT IS AN OPTION. THE |
| | PROPOSED LOCATION DOES NOT MEET EITHER OF THESE |
| | CRITERIA, AND THUS MUST BE RELOCATED. PLEASE NOTE THAT |
