 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED. UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 THE APPLICATION INDICATES A NEW BATHROOM ADDITION WILL
 BE ADDED TO THE BUILDING. THE DEFINITION OF AN ADDITION
 IS AN EXTENSION OR INCREASE IN FLOOR AREA, NUMBER OF
 STORIES OR HEIGHT OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT IS NOT THE CASE THE FOOTPRINT IS NOT
 BEING INCREASED, THIS IS AN COMMERCIAL INTERIOR
 REMODEL.

 IF SO PLEASE INDICATE WHAT THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY IS?

 THAT THIS IS STILL AN A2 OCCUPANCY BUT THE CHANGE IS A

 LIFE SAFETY PLAN WAS SUBMITTED. PLEASE INCLUDE ON THE
 LIFE SAFETY PLAN THE OCCUPANT LOAD BREAK DOWN FOR EACH
 AREA. PLEASE ALSO SHOW THE EXIT ACCESS AISLE, PLEASE
 NOTE NO OCCUPANT LOAD CAN BE TAKEN FOR THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS. TRAVEL DISTANCES. 2 MEANS OF EGRESS SINCE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS 50 OR MORE. PLEASE NOTE THE 2017 FBC-B
 SECTION 1016.2(3) EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES
 DOES ALLOW EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES AS LONG AS
 THE EXIT ACCESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH A ROOM THAT CAN
 BE LOCKED TO PREVENT EGRESS, THIS ROOM IS BEING
 DECLARED AN OFFICE. IT WOULD APPEAR THE LIFE SAFETY
 CODES NFPA MAYBE THE STRICTER OF THE 2 CODES. WHEN
 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE CODES, THE STRICTER OF
 THE 2 CODES SHALL RULE.
  
 2C) THE OTHER ISSUE THAT THE FIRE SAFETY CODE (NFPA)
 WILL RULE ON IS THE WIDTH OF THE EGRESS PATH FOR THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD DECLARED. THE 2017 FBC-B GIVES UNDER THE
 SECTION 1005.3.2 SIZING OR REQUIRED CAPACITY BASED ON
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD, FACTOR OF 0.2 INCH PER OCCUPANT.
 SECTION 1018.2 GIVES MINIMUM CLEAR WITH FOR B & M
 OCCUPANCIES. SECTION 1018.2 AISLES IN ASSEMBLY SPACES,
 AISLES AND AISLE ACCESS BUT THIS IS FOR TABLE AND
 CHAIRS, NOT FOR STANDING ONLY. AGAIN THE FIRE SAFETY
 CODES (NFPA) WILL BE THE STRICTER OF THE 2 CODES AND
 GOVERN THE ACCESS AISLE WIDTHS.
  
 3) SHEET A1 PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL A LARGER FLOOR PLAN
 OF THE NEW UNISEX RESTROOM AND ELEVATION VIEWS WITH
 DIMENSIONS FOR ROOM, CLEAR FLOOR SPACE, DIMENSIONS FOR
 ALL FIXTURES- HEIGHT FOR THE LAV, WATER CLOSET, MIRROR,
 GRAB BARS, TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS, ETC. 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3.
 ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL. DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT
 ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS, TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND
 BOOTHS.

 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED

 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
