 WALL IDENTIFICATION TAG (W3). THE DETAIL ON THE SAME
 SHEET FOR WALL TAG W3 INDICATES TYPICAL INTERIOR
 STOREFRONT WALL PER THE MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATION.
 SHEET A-2.0 SHOWS ELEVATION VIEWS OF THE 3 GLASS WALLS
 AND SWING DOORS BUT IN NEITHER DETAIL HAS ANY
 INFORMATION BEEN GIVEN TO THE TYPE OF FRAME, TYPE OF
 GLAZING, THICCKNESS OF THE GLAZING FOR THE WINDOW WALL
 SYSTEM NOR THE GLASS DOOR, NOR ANCHORING OF THE WALL TO
 THE FLOOR NOR TOP TRACK.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE DESIGN PERIMTERS FOR THE SAFETY
 GLAZING FOR THE WINDOW WALL SYSTEM AND GLAZED SWING

 1B) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE DEPTH OF ROOM
 NUMBER 3 THE RESTROOM THE WIDTH OF THE RESTROOM IS
 GIVEN AS 6 FEET 3 INCHES. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2 SECTIONS OF THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 LISTED BELOW:
  
 604.3.1 SIZE. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM
 THE SIDE WALL AND 56 INCHES (1420 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR WALL.

 OTHER FIXTURES, AND THE TURNING SPACE. NO OTHER
 FIXTURES OR OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED WATER CLOSET CLEARANCE.

 WALLS? IS THIS CORRECT? THE PLAN CALLS FOR 2X4 WOOD
 STUD WALLS FOR SIDE WALLS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. HOW ARE THE BLOCK WALLS TO BE
 ANCHORED WHEN THEY DO NOT AJOIN TO MAKE EITHER INSIDE
 OR OUTSIDE CORNERS?
  
 1D) DEPENDING ON WHICH DETAIL YOU LOOK AT ON THE
 RESTROOM WALLS WALL TYPE W4 THE CEILING FRAMING MEMBERS
 ARE SHOWN TO BE 2X6 WOOD RAFTERS BUT WHEN YOU LOOK AT
 WALL TYPE W5 THE CEILING FRAMING IS METAL FRAMING AT 24
 INCHES O. C. THE SIZE OF THE METAL FRAMING IS NOT
 GIVEN. DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.0. IN THE AREA OF THE BREAKROOM THERE IS A
 ELEVATION SYMBLE FOR THE BREAK ROOM BOTTOM CABINETS,
 DETAIL 1 SHEET A2.0. THIS ELEVATION DETAIL DOES NOT
 PROVIDE AN ELEVATION TO THE TOP OF THE COUNTERTOP NOR
 LIP OF THE SINK. THE PLANS DO INDICATE THE COUNTERTOP
 IS TO BE 2 INCHES THICK. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION: 606.3 HEIGHT.
 LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT
 OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3) SHEET A-2.0 SHOWS THE ELEVATION VIEW OF THE LAV AND
 WATER CLOSET ELEVATION. THE PLAN SHOWS THE GRAB BAR
 BEING DIMENSIONED CENTERLINE OF THE GRAB BAR. PLEASE
 NOTE A CHANGE IN THE CODE AS FAR AS DIMENSIONING. 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL
 POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 4) SHEET A-2.0 THE NEW RESTROOM ELEVATION. PLEASE ADD

 AND BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE
 SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED
 TO THE DOCUMENT.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED

 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
