 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PERMIT PLANS KEEP CHANGING TO SHOW INCONSISTENCIES
 WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS). FOR THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL, A NEW DRIVEWAY
 WAS ADDED (SEE "PROPOSED DRIVEWAY" IN PERMIT PLAN). PER
 ZLDR S.94-312(1), ONLY ONE DRIVEWAY AT A MAXIMUM WIDTH
 OF 20 FT. SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY
 RESIDENCE, AND AT LEAST 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75% (WHICHEVER
 IS LESS) OF THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD SHALL REMAIN
 LANDSCAPED. [ZLDR S.94-482]
  
 2.) DRIVEWAY EXTENSION MUST BE SET BACK AT LEAST 3 FT.
 FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. [NOTE: ERROR BY STAFF ON
 LAST REVIEW.]
  
 3.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($56,820) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.

 EXTENSION LEADING TO THE NEW 750 SQ. FT. ACCESSORY
 GARAGE STRUCTURE. DRIVEWAY PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
 FOR THE GARAGE STRUCTURE. ALTHOUGH A SEPARATE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE DRIVEWAY, THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY MUST
 BE SHOWN IN THE PLANS AND MUST ALSO DEMONSTRATE
