 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) WHAT IS THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE PROPOSED NEW
 DRIVEWAY EXTENSION TO THE PROPERTY LINE? PLEASE NOTE
 THAT PURSUANT TO ZLDR S.94-305(7), THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY EXTENSION SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 2 FT.
 FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE?S
 VALUE ($56,820) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY
 EXTENSION LEADING TO THE NEW 750 SQ. FT. ACCESSORY
 GARAGE STRUCTURE. DRIVEWAY PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
 FOR THE GARAGE STRUCTURE.
  
 * REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
