 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1) THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A CLEAR SCOPE OF WORK.
 THERE IS A SHADED AREA IDENTIFIED AS NOT IN SCOPE, YET
 IT APPEARS THAT MEZZANINE STAIRS ARE BEING RELOCATED IN
 THAT SPACE.
  
 IS THIS PROPOSED PROJECT SEPARATING TWO SEPARATE
 SPACES?
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS INCLUDING ANY AND ALL WORK
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE ADJACENT SPACE.

 AND CLEARLY ARE IDENTIFIABLE AS EXITS, SHALL BE MARKED
 BY AN APPROVED
 SIGN THAT IS READILY VISIBLE FROM ANY DIRECTION OF EXIT
 ACCESS.
  
 7.10.1.5 EXIT ACCESS.
 7.10.1.5.1 ACCESS TO EXITS SHALL BE MARKED BY APPROVED,
 READILY
 VISIBLE SIGNS IN ALL CASES WHERE THE EXIT OR WAY TO
 REACH THE EXIT IS
 NOT READILY APPARENT TO THE OCCUPANTS.
 7.10.1.5.2* NEW SIGN PLACEMENT SHALL BE SUCH THAT NO
 POINT IN AN
 EXIT ACCESS CORRIDOR IS IN EXCESS OF THE RATED VIEWING
 DISTANCE OR
 100 FT (30 M), WHICHEVER IS LESS, FROM THE NEAREST
 SIGN.
  
 ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGNAGE MAY BE REQUIRED IF RACKS OR
 EQUIPMENT IS PROPOSED IN THIS OPEN STORAGE SPACE.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW, CORRECT WHERE NEEDED TO BE CONSISTENT
 AND PROVIDE AS REQUIRED.
  
  
  
 5) SHEET A 1 - THERE IS A NOTE INDICATING NEW GUARDRAIL
 WITH NO DETAILS.
  
 7.2.2.4.6.1 THE HEIGHT OF GUARDS REQUIRED IN 7.1.8
 SHALL BE
 MEASURED VERTICALLY TO THE TOP OF THE GUARD FROM THE
 SURFACE
 ADJACENT THERETO.

 PERMITTED TO BE
 NOT LESS THAN 30 IN. (760 MM) HIGH.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS IN COMPLAINCE WITH NFPA 101.
  
  
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE PLAN SHEET
 REVISION CLOUDS OR NUMBERED NARRATIVE RESPONSES TO THE
