 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. THE CLEAN OUT AT THE END OF THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE
 IN THE OTHER SIDE OF BUILDING AS A CLEAN-OUT REQUIRED
 AT THE BUILDING JUNCTION PER 2017 FBC RES. SEC.
 3005.2.3 BUILDING DRAIN AND BUILDING SEWER JUNCTION.
  
 THE JUNCTION OF THE BUILDING DRAIN AND THE BUILDING
 SEWER SHALL BE SERVED BY A CLEANOUT THAT IS LOCATED AT
 THE JUNCTION OR WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) DEVELOPED
 LENGTH OF PIPING UPSTREAM OF THE JUNCTION. FOR THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION, REMOVAL OF A WATER CLOSET
 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE CLEANOUT ACCESS.
  
 2. IF THE SHOWER PAN IS NOT RECEDED AND NOT IN A
 CONTINUOUS POOR IT SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIRE LINING PER
 2017 FBC RES. SEC. 2709.2.
  
 3. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORD 2853-95 REQUIRES A
 BACKFLOW FOR A MULTI-DWELLING, BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR
 WITH PERMIT APPLICATION INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION
 FROM UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
  
 4. THERE IS A VALUE LISTED ON THE APPLICATION AND THE
 OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMITS VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
