 1.) IT IS NOT CLEAR ON THE PLAN WHERE THE 4 FT. HIGH
 RETAINING WALL TRANSITIONS TO THE 6 FT. HIGH WALL AT
 THE REAR. PLEASE SHOW AREA OF TRANSITION. IT SHOULD BE
 NOTED THAT THE HEIGHT OF THE FENCE CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT.
 IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK (AREA
 WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF S. FLAGLER DR.). [ZLDR
