 PLANS DESIGNED TOO:
 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE, EXISTING BUILDINGS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS
 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3.
  
 301.1.1 PRESCRIPTIVE COMPLIANCE METHOD. REPAIRS,
 ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND CHANGES OF OCCUPANCY
 COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 4 OF THIS CODE IN BUILDINGS
 COMPLYING WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE SHALL
 BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE.
  
  
 301.1.2 WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD. REPAIRS,
 ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY AND
 RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 5 THROUGH 13 OF THIS CODE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE.
  
  
 301.1.3 PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE METHOD. REPAIRS,
 ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY AND
 RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH CHAPTER 14 OF THIS
 CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
  
 1C) UNDER THE BUILDING DATA THE CONSTRUCTION FOR A 19
 STORY BUILDING AS A TYPE IS LISTED AS TYPE: IIB AND
 BUILDING HEIGHT OF 226 FT.
 PLEASE REVIEW IN THE 2017 FBC-B TABLES 504.3 AND TABLE
 504.4. THE BUILDING MUST MEET THE MOST RESTRICTIVE OF
 BOTH TABLES 504.3 & 504.4 FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
