 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED FENCES. IF ANY FENCE IS LOCATED WITHIN A
 EASEMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE EASEMENT RELEASE
 FROM THE UTILITY PROVIDER. REGARDLESS OF EASEMENTS, YOU
 NEED TO PROVIDE RELEASE FROM THE CITY' WATER
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE TWO TYPES OF FENCES, TO
 INCLUDE THE METHOD TO SECURE TO THE GROUND. THE CHAIN
 LINK FENCE SCREENING DETAILS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF SECTION 94-316(D)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3) FENCE SIGNAGE/GRAPHICS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WITH PLANS.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS MORE THEN 100 PARKING SPACES
 BEING USED FOR CONTRACTOR PARKING AND OTHER
 CONSTRUCTION USE. YOU MAY NOT STAGE OR OTHERWISE BLOCK
 AREAS FOR REQUIRED PARKING. PROVIDE A DETAILED PARKING
 USE CHART SHOWING THE PARKING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 EXISTING BUILDINGS AND A PLAN THAT SHOWS THE SITE
 MAINTAINING THIS AMOUNT OF PARKING.
