 1) SHT. CS-000 STATES BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1998.
 BUILDING BUILT AFTER MARCH 13, 1991 SHOULD HAVE BEEN
 CONSTRUCTED AND APPEARS BY EXISTING BATHROOM FIXTURE
 LAY OUT TO HAVE BEEN UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING MANUAL
 (FHA). THE NEW PROPOSED RENOVATIONS SHALL ALSO COMPLY
 WITH FHA. THE PROPOSED TUB TO SHOWER CONVERSION WILL
 NOT COMPLY AND PROVIDE THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 AS TOILETS AND CABINETS SHALL NOT ENCROACH INTO THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. FHA 7.55. PROVIDE
  
 2) PROVIDE WHAT DESIGN SPEC ( A OR B) EACH UNIT
 CURRENTLY IS.
  
 3) PROVIDE CABINET HEIGHT DETAIL SHOWING MAX HEIGHT OF

 4) SHT. CS-000 SHALL REFER TO THE CURRENT CODE AS THE
 2014 5TH ED FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. FBC 107.1
  
 5) SHT. A-001 DETAIL #2 THE DISTANCE TO THE TOILET
 PAPER DISPENSER SHALL BE TO CENTER OF THE 1ST ROLL AND
