 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE DEMO FLOOR PLAN AND THE SHEET A1.0 ARCHITECTURAL
 FLOOR PLAN SHOW ONE WINDOW PAIN AND EGRESS DOOR
 SWAPPING PLACES. THE 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE SECTION 104.9.1 USED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT. THE
 USE OF USED, RECYCLED, OR RECLAIMED MATERIALS WHICH
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE FOR NEW MATERIALS IS
 PERMITTED. THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE
 REUSED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ROBERT BROWN
 ABOUT THE REUSE OF THE DOOR, FRAME AND GLAZING FOR BOTH
 THE DOOR AND SIDE LIGHT. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS OK
 WITH THE REUSE OF THE PRODUCT AS LONG AS YOU CAN
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE PRODUCT (DOOR & WINDOW
 STOREFRONT SYSTEM) WILL MEET TODAY CODE (WIND LOADS)
 AND PROVIDE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE POSITIVE
 AND NEGATIVE PRESSURES THAT WILL OCCUR ON THE
 STOREFRONT, FRAMING MEMBERS, GLAZING AND PROVIDE AN
 ANCHORING OF SAID SYSTEMS MEETING TODAYS WIND LOADS.
  
 2) NEW ROOF TOP RTU AND CURB. THE MECHANICAL SHEET M2
 REFERS TO THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS FOR THE CURB
 MOUNTING DETAILS. THE S1.0 SHEET DOES SHOW HOW TO
 RE-INFORCE THE BAR JOIST AND METAL ROOF DECK BUT THE
 PLAN IS SILENT OF THE ATTACHMENT OF THE RTU CURB TO THE
 ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS NOR THE RTU UNIT TO THE CURB.
  
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM. FOR ALL ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS, AND OR VENTS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 3) 2017 FBC-B 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING.
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ADMINISTRATIVE

 SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT
 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:
 (31)(D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES, ROOF TOP
 CURBS, INTAKE AND EXHAUST FANS AND VENTILATORS
  
 4) W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 5) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW ANY INDOOR OR OUTDOOR
 SEASONAL SEATING.
 5A ) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 5B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 5C) 206.2.5 206.2.5 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS. IN
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, INCLUDING RAISED OR
 SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
