 LESS TO BE LIVING PLANT MATERIAL. ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS PROVISION. THE FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
 USING THE FRONT SETBACK OF 25 FEET X PROPERTY WIDTH.
 2. SEC. 94-482(D)(1) REQUIRES A MINIMUM SETBACK OF 3
 FEET FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS PROVISION.
 3. SEC. 94-482(D)(5) REQUIRES TWO SEPARATE DRIVEWAYS TO
 USE THE CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY PROVISION OF THE CODE, WHERE
 EACH DRIVEWAY HAS A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 10 FEET. REVISE
 PLANS TO SHOW EXISTING CONCRETE DRIVEWAY WIDTH.
