 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO.
 185-18, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 ANY NEW DOCK CONSTRUCTION, THE APPLICANT SHALL RECEIVE
 PERMITS FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
 PROTECTION (FDEP) AND THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
 (ACOE). ALL PLANS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FDEP AND ACOE
 PERMITS SHALL BE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH THE
 PLANS APPROVED HEREIN. THESE PERMITS ALSO CONTAIN
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SATISFYING THE APPLICANT?S
 NECESSARY COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. IN ANY EVENT WHERE THE FDEP OR
 ACOE PERMITS REQUIRE A MODIFICATION TO THE PLANS OR
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, THE MODIFICATION SHALL BE
 REVIEWED BY THE CITY AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT MAY BE REQUIRED, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR, OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE.
  
 1.1. [ NEW COMMENT ] - THE SCOPE OF THE PERMIT DOES NOT
 MATCH THE FDEP OR ARMY CORPS APPROVALS. THE PERMIT
 INDICATES CONSTRUCTION OF AN ALUMINUM CATWALK ONTO THE
 EXISTING CONCRETE PIER?BUT THE FDEP PERMIT AND ARMY
 CORPS APPROVAL IS FOR THE WIDENING OF THE PIER USING
 ADDITIONAL PILINGS, PRECAST WALKWAY AND PILE CAPS.
  
 2. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - PURSUANT TO THE MARINA
 COMMERCIAL MARINE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CMPD) DESIGN
 GUIDELINES, EXPANSION OF THE MARINA SHALL REQUIRE
 APPROVAL OF A FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (LEVEL II). THIS
 APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND IS CURRENTLY UNDER
 REVIEW.
  
 2.1. [ NEW COMMENT ] ? THE SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION
 HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, BUT STAFF IS WILLING TO CONSIDER
 ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL UPON
 SATISFACTION OF ALL OTHER COMMENTS IN THIS PLAN REVIEW.
  
 3. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - THE DOCK PLANS SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE OVERALL CMPD,
 ALONG WITH THE NECESSARY DATA INDICATING THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF BOAT SLIPS, COMPLIANCE WITH PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS, ETC. NOTE THAT THE DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR
 THE CMPD LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SLIPS TO 272.
  
 3.1. [ NEW COMMENT ] - THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED WAS ONLY
 11X17 AND IS NOT LEGIBLE. ADDITIONALLY, THE SITE PLAN
 DOES NOT SHOW THE LOCATION OR EXTENT OF THE
 IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
