 ADMINISTRATION.
  
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THIS SUBMITTAL THE PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN COLLATED
 CORRECTLY, MISSING THE COVERSHEET, SHEET 1.1 THE FLOOR
 DEMOLITION PLAN. THERE IS NOW A SHEET 2.0 NOT FOUND ON
 THE ORIGINAL INDEX PLUMBING PLAN, WATER PLAN.
 2) ON THE ORIGINAL REVIEW THE INDEX SHEET INDICATED
 SHEET 2.1 WAS THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN WITH PROJECT DATA,
 SHEET 2.1 IS NOW THE GAS RISER AND SANITARY RISER
 SHEET.
 3) BUILDING/ STRUCTURAL DETAILS THAT WERE ON THE VOIDED
 SHEET 4.1 ARE NOW ON SHEET 4.0 A VERY LIGHT GRAY LINE
 DRAWING. WILL NOT MEET THE STANDARDS TO BE SCANNED IN
 FOR RECORD RETENTION.
 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY,
 OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER
 TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
 4) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FROM THE 1ST REVIEW THAT CANNOT
 BE FOUND ON THE CURRENT SET OF PLANS.

 1C) PLEASE CORRECT THE STATEMENT, PLANS COMPLY WITH THE
 2014 FBC. DEC. 31/ 2017 THE 2017 FBC FAMILY OF CODES
 WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE.
  
 1D) SHEET 2.1 SHOWS THE BACK DOOR BEING INFILLED FROM 6
 FEET TO 4 FOOT 4 INCHES IN WIDTH. SHEET 4.1 HAS A
 DETAIL FOR THE WINDOW INFILL DETAIL ABOVE THE DOOR BUT
 THERE IS NO DETAIL FOR THE DOOR INFILL. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.2.

 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR

 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 1I) THE SHEET 2.1 INDICATES ONLY ONE RESTROOM. PLEASE
 SEE THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 2902.1 REQUIRING 2 RESTROOMS.
 SECTION 2902.2 OF THE FBC-B SEPARATE FACILITIES
 EXCEPTION 2 ONLY ALLOWS FOR A SINGLE RESTROOM WHEN
 THERE IS A TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD OF 15 OR FEWER EMPLOYEES
 AND CUSTOMERS. 2 RESTROOMS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
