 BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 2001 UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING
 ACT (FHA). I WOULD RECOMMEND CONSULTING A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FAMILIAR WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 1) PERSON DESIGNING PLAN SHALL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY BY
 SIGNING PLAN. FS 471, 481, 489
  
 2) THIS UNIT IS A DESIGN SPEC A AND A SHOWER IS NOT
 PERMITTED TO BE ADJACENT TO THE TOILET AS IT WILL NOT
 ALLOWED FOR THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. FHA 7.44,
 7.45, 7.56
  
 3) PROVIDE BATHROOM CABINET DETAIL SHOWING THE MAX
 HEIGHT PERMITTED WILL BE 34". FHA 7.52
  
 4) PROVIDE ON PLAN ALL REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 SHOWING EXISTING TO REMAIN. FHA 7.4
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAIL OR NOTE ON PLAN THAT ALL GRAB BAR
 REINFORCEMENT WILL REMAIN OR BE INSTALLED TO COMPLY
 WITH FHA 7.58
  
 6) PROVIDE ON PLAN THE MIN REQUIRED 18" MEASUREMENT FOR
 THE TOILET WILL REMAIN. FHA 7.55
  
 7) SUBMIT A CONCRETE SLAB DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE SLAB
 CUTOUT WILL BE REPAIRED TO MAINTAIN THE STRUCTURAL
 INTEGRITY AND FIRE STOPPING RATING. INDICATE THE SIZE
 OF REINFORCING BARS TO BE USED, THE EMBEDMENT DEPTH
 THAT THE REBAR WILL BE DOWELED INTO THE EXISTING SLAB,
 HOW THE DOWELS WILL BE SET IN THE EXISTING SLAB, AND
 THE SPACING ON CENTER OF THE DOWELS. SHOW THE THICKNESS
 OF THE EXISTING SLAB & THE REPAIR. WPB AMEND. TO 2010
 FBC SEC.107.2.1.
