 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) NO SURVEY WAS PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
 AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED AS PART
 OF THE PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 2.) SHOW REAR SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED NEW MASTER
 BEDROOM ADDITION TO THE REAR PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR
 S.94-72(A)(2)]
  
 3.) CLEARLY SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED NEW SITE
 WALL IN THE SITE PLAN (SHEET SP1). THE PROPOSED WALL
 CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF THE FRONT LOT
 LINE, ALHAMBRA PLACE) AND 6 FT. WITHIN THE SIDE AND
 REAR SETBACKS. [ZLDR S.94-302(B)]
  
 4.) THERE IS A NOTATION IN THE SITE PLAN "NEW 5'-0"
 A.F.G. HIGH WALL," BUT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE POINTING TO
 ANY WALL IN THE PLAN. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 5.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($168,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($134,567.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
