 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 DOCUMENTS. ENGINEERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS
 OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH MUST BE SIGNED, DATED AND
 SEALED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
 471.025, F.S., AND RULE 61G15-23.001, F.A.C. MUST BE
 PHYSICALLY SIGNED, DATED AND SEALED AS PROVIDED HEREIN
 BY THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
 (1) THE LICENSEE SHALL SIGN BY HAND AN ORIGINAL OF THE
 LICENSEE?S SIGNATURE ON EACH PAGE REQUIRED TO BE
 SEALED. A SCANNED, FACSIMILE, DIGITALLY CREATED OR
 COPIED IMAGE OF THE LICENSEE?S SIGNATURE SHALL NOT BE
 USED.
 (2) THE LICENSEE MUST THEN USE A WET SEAL, A DIGITALLY
 CREATED SEAL, OR AN EMBOSSING SEAL PLACED PARTIALLY
 OVERLAPPING THE LICENSEE?S SIGNATURE ON EACH PAGE
 REQUIRED TO BE SEALED. THE PLACEMENT OF THE SEAL SHALL
 NOT RENDER THE SIGNATURE ILLEGIBLE.
 NOTE: ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES ARE ONLY
 ACCEPTABLE ON ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED PLANS.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 THE SUBMITTED PLANS HAVE BEEN ENLARGED:
 2A) WITH THE SUBMITTED PLANS BEING ENLARGED THE SEAL IS
 OVER 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER, THE SIGNATURE IS NO LONGER
 AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE, IT HAS BEEN COPIED. 61G15-23.002
 SEALS ACCEPTABLE TO THE BOARD.
 (2) SEALS, EMBOSSING SEALS AND DIGITALLY CREATED SEALS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 1-7/8 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND
 SHALL BE OF A DESIGN SIMILAR TO THOSE SET FORTH IN
 SUBSECTIONS.
  
 2B) SHEET 1 OF 19 INDICATES AN ENGINEERING SCALE OF 1
 INCH = 50 FEET. THIS SCALE DOES NOT MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8
 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER. 2017 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. THE PLANS WERE ENLARGED TO A
 MEASUREMENT OF 51.33 FEET EQUALS 2 1/8 INCHES. IF THE
 PLANS ARE ENLARGED PLEASE CHANGE THE SCALE TO MATCH.
  
 3) NOT COMPLIED. THE SITE PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS
 SUFFICIENT. HOWEVER, IT IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY THE ENGINEER AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G15-23.003
 PROCEDURES FOR PHYSICALLY SIGNING AND SEALING PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS. ENGINEERING

 DISTANCE THE DOCKS ARE GOING INTO THE INTER-COASTAL
 WATER WAY. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) NOT COMPLIED. THE SITE PLANS AND THE BELLINGHAM
 MARINE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS THAT WERE APPROVED
 BY THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ON AUGUST 29, 2017
 AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
 THE FINGER PIERS RUN NORTH TO SOUTH ON THE CORPS AND
 FDEP APPROVED PLANS AND THEY ARE SHOWN EAST TO WEST ON
 THE BELLINGHAM MARINE PLANS. THERE ARE OTHER
 DISCREPANCIES AS WELL. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THESE
 CHANGES ARE ACCEPTABLE TO THE CORPS AND THE FDEP.

 VALID WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED DOCK BY THE
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (DEP),
 THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (THE CORPS) AND/OR THE
 SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT (SFWMD) IS
 REQUIRED. SUCH WRITTEN APPROVAL SHALL CONTAIN THE DATE
 ON WHICH THE PROPOSED DOCK WAS APPROVED.

 SHEET 2 OF 19 WIND DESIGN IS FOR 140 MPH (DOES NOT
 STATE IF THIS IS VULT OR VASD) UNOCCUPIED.
 5A) THE 2ND ISSUE IS THE WIND DESIGN DOES NOT PROVIDE
 AT WHAT EXPOSURE THE WIND DESIGN IS TAKEN.
 5B) THE 3RD ITEM STATES THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 WIND / WAVE STUDY TO VERIFY THE CONDITIONS, NOT
 PROVIDED.
 5C) 4TH ITEM ALL ELEVATIONS ARE IN NGVD. SINCE OCT.
 11/2017 THE WEST PALM BUILDING DEPARTMENT HAS CHANGED
 TO NAVD 88 FOR ALL MEASUREMENTS DEALING WITH WATER WAYS
 AND FLOOD WAYS TO COINCIDE WITH THE NEW FLOOD MAPS.

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
