 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) A SITE PLAN, SHOWING THE LAYOUT OF THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING AND SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE PROPERTY LINES
 FROM ALL STRUCTURES (I.E. HOUSE, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 ETC.) IS REQUIRED. THIS WAS NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION. [NOTE: THE CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT PLAN IS NOT
 SUFFICIENT]
  
 2.) SHOW ANY PROPOSED AND EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS (I.E.
 WALKWAYS, DRIVEWAY, PATIO, ETC.) IN THE SITE PLAN. ANY
 NEW IMPROVEMENTS MUST SHOW DIMENSIONS AND SETBACK
 DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S).
  
 3.) ALL DIMENSIONS AND EASEMENTS IN THE SURVEY (I.E.
 LOT LINES AND UTILITY EASEMENTS) SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE SITE PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($315,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($181,409.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
