2019-06-10 16:01:52THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
  
 THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK GREATLY EXCEEDS THE
 PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PERMIT AND DISCUSSED SCOPE OF WORK.
 A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATION SHALL BE
 REQUIRED BEFORE THIS PERMIT CAN BE APPROVED. THE
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD DEADLINE FOR JUNE 25, 2019
 MEETING HAS ALREADY PASSED. IF THE PROPERTY OWNER CAN
 SUBMIT A COMPLETED APPLICATION TO THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION DIVISION WITH A $40.00 APPLICATION FEE BY
 JUNE 11, 201 AT 4:00 PM, THE CASE SHALL GO IN FRONT OF
 THE BOARD IN JUNE. IF THIS DEADLINE CANNOT BE MET, THE
 APPLICATION WILL BE HEARD IN JULY. THE PROPERTY OWNER
 SHALL NEED TO BE SUBMIT PHOTOS ILLUSTRATING THE
 EXISTING CONDITIONS (OR PREVIOUSLY EXISTING WHERE WOOD
 SIDING HAS BEEN REMOVED) SHOWING WHY THE SIDING NEEDS
 TO BE REPLACED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IN
 SECTIONS. THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL ALSO SUBMIT PROOF OF
 OWNERSHIP AND PRODUCT INFORMATION. PRODUCTION
 INFORMATION SHALL INCLUDE TYPE OF MATERIAL, PROFILE AND
 DIMENSIONS IF APPLICABLE. THIS PERMIT APPLICATION WILL
 NEED TO BE RESUBMITTED TO ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVAL.
