 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT
 APPROVAL WAS NOT PROVIDED. EITHER PROVIDE STAMPED PLANS
 OR A LETTER CITING THE PLANS THAT CITYPLACE RETAIL
 MANAGEMENT IS APPROVING. --- THE RESPONSE STATED THAT
 THE APPROVAL LETTER WAS INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL,
 BUT STAFF WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE LETTER IN THE
 UPLOADED FILES.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ROSEMARY RETAIL CORRIDOR SUBAREA
 REQUIRES THAT THE STOREFRONTS ALONG ROSEMARY AVENUE AND
 FERN STREET HAVE A MINIMUM OF 60% TRANSPARENCY. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-109 OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THAT THE
 MINIMUM TRANSPARENCY IS BEING PROVIDED. --- SHEET
 A2.0.1 STATES THAT THE TRANSPARENCY ALONG ROSEMARY
 AVENUE IS 61% AND THE TRANSPARENCY ALONG FERN STREET IS
 60%. PROVIDE THE LINEAR FEET OF FRONTAGE OF THE BAY FOR
 EACH STREET FRONT AND THE DIMENSIONS AND SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF EACH GLAZED OPENING (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) ALONG
 BOTH STREET FRONTAGES SO THAT ZONING STAFF CAN VERIFY
 YOUR GLAZING PERCENTAGES.
  
 A. THE TABLE PROVIDED FOR THE ROSEMARY AVENUE FRONTAGE
 LOOKS TO HAVE TRANSPOSED THE MEASUREMENT VALUES.
 B. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE ENTIRE FORMER
 REVOLUTIONS SPACE; THEREFORE THE ENTIRE ROSEMARY
 FRONTAGE MUST BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE 60%
 GLAZING REQUIREMENT.
 C. STAFF?S ROUGH CALCULATIONS DO NOT VERIFY THAT FERN
 STREET HAS 60% GLAZING.
 D. THE TABLE PROVIDED FOR THE FERN STREET FRONTAGE
 LISTS DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN THE MEASUREMENT VALUES THAN
 IT DOES IN THE CALCULATION LINE.
  
 3) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE NEW EXTERIOR LIGHTS
 COMPLY WITH THE LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-113(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. --- THE NOTATION THAT WAS ADDED REGARDING
 THE LIGHTING LEVELS NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED ON THE SIGNED
 AND SEALED DRAWINGS DONE BY THE LIGHTING ENGINEER NOT
 ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
