 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OR CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA
 STATUTES & 61G1 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. WHERE
 SPECIAL CONDITIONS EXIST, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 TO BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND MAY REQUIRE ONLY
 ONE SET OF SUBMITTALS.
 2. FBC B 107.1 IF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS AN
 ARCHITECT, INTERIOR DESIGNER, OR ENGINEER LEGALLY
 REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
 REGULATING THE PRACTICE OF ARCHITECTURE OR INTERIOR
 DESIGN AS PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, PART I, OR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AS PROVIDED
 FOR IN CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA STATUTES, PART II, OR
 ENGINEERING AS PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, THEN HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL TO SAID DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA, AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE.
 3. FBC B 1803.5.2. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH
 OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED. PROVIDE TWO SETS.
 4. FBC B 107.2.1. PROVIDE A LEGIBLE PLAN TO PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION: TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES;
 NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE SPACES; LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCES; SHOW ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM PUBLIC WAY;
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM ACCESSIBLE SPACE TO ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE.
 5. FBC A 502.3. WHERE THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE MUST CROSS
 VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LANES, MARKED CROSSINGS ENHANCE
 PEDESTRIAN SAFETY; PLEASE INDICATE LOCATION ON PLAN.
 6. FBC A 208.2.1. THE FOLLOWING USES HAVE ADDITIONAL
