 MAXIMUM HEIGHT IS 4'.
 2) THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED FENCE/WALL IN THE REART
 IS ENCROACHING ONTO A UTILITY EASEMENT. APPROVED
 EASEMENT CONSENT FORM IS REQUIRED FROM THE WATER
 DEPARTMENT.
 3) INDICATE LOCATION OF FENCE BY MARKING ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF FENCE WITH AN "X" ON SURVEY.
