 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A BETTER DISCERPTION OF WHAT IS TO BE
 INSTALLED UNDER THIS PERMIT. IS THE INTENT TO COVER
 ONLY THE PERIMETER WALKWAY? OR DOES THIS PERMIT ALSO
 COVER THE PROPOSED OUTDOOR PATIO OR DRIVE AISLE AND
 PARKING SPACES. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY THE PROPOSED PROJECT COVERS 2
 LOTS, 713 & 719 N. SAPODILLA. FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT
 AS IT STANDS 2 PERMIT APPLICATIONS WILL BE NEEDED FOR
 EACH LOT. UNDER THE BUILDING PERMIT IT IS SUGGESTED
 THAT THE LOTS BE UNIFIED UNDER A UNITY OF TITLE, SEE
 BUILDING REVIEW.
  
 3) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNDER THE BUILDING REVIEW
 BECAUSE OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE COVERED PATIO (77)
 2 MEANS OF EGRESS ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.2.1 MAXIMUM OCCUPANT
 LOAD WITH ONE EXIT. PLEASE NOTE THE CURRENT EXIT FROM
 THE PATIO EXITS ONTO THE GRASS, NOT AN ACCESSIBLE EXIT.
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 207.1 MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1003.2.13 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000 EDITION AND 2001
 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE INTERNATIONAL
 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION).
  
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 4) THE PLANS ALSO INDICATE AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE
 AND ACCESS AISLE, PLEASE PROVIDE A ELEVATION TAG FOR
 EACH CORNER OF THE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE:
 2017FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 502.4 AND EXCEPTION.
  
 5) PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THE NEITHER 103 C NOR 314 A THE
 SITE PLAN SHOW THE CITY STANDARDS FOR ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING STALLS. PLEASE SEE THE WEST PALM BEACH
 MUNI-CODE ARTICLE XV PARKING FOR DETAILS.
 ADVISORY 502.3.3 MARKING. THE METHOD AND COLOR OF
 MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY
 BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
 BECAUSE THESE REQUIREMENTS PERMIT THE VAN ACCESS AISLE
 TO BE AS WIDE AS A PARKING SPACE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT
 THE AISLE BE CLEARLY MARKED.
 FLORIDA LAW, S.553.5041(5)(C)1., REQUIRES DIAGONAL
 STRIPING OF ACCESS AISLES.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
