 NOTE: ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 1- ORIGINALS PLANS WERE APPROVED UNDER THE 2014 FBC 5TH
 EDITION NOT THE 2017 FBC 6TH EDITION. NEED TO REVISE
 PLANS ACCORDINGLY TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISE
 CODE REFERENCE ON SHEET A1 AND S1 ACCORDINGLY.
 CHAPTER 553 F.S.
  
 2- REVISED FLOOR PLANS SHOW A NEW KITCHENETTE. USUALLY,
 ZONING DOESN'T ALLOW SEPARATE COOKING FACILITIES ON A
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. THIS NEEDS TO BE COORDINATED
 WITH ZONING. IF ZONING DOESN'T ALLOW A KITCHENETTE,
 THEN THE PLANS NEED TO BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- SHEET S2:
 A) FRAMING FOR NEW BALCONY IS NOT CLEAR. HOW ARE THE
 (2) 2X10 BEAMS ATTACHED TO THE CONCRETE BEAM TB1?. SEC.

 B) NEW ROOF HATCH: (1) SPECIFY SIZE. (2) SPECIFY DESIGN
 PRESSURES. (3)PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND

 4- SECOND FLOOR ROOF PLAN ON SHEET A3. SHOW LOCATION OF
 OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R903.4.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: OVERFLOW SCUPPERS NEED TO BE
 LOCATED CLOSE TO THE VERTICAL LEADER. REVISE OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS LOCATION SHOWN ON THE NORTH ELEVATION ON SHEET
 A4. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSER TO THE VERTICAL LEADER.
  
 5- PROVIDE ICC EVALUATION REPORT (OR ANY OTHER APPROVED
 EVALUATION REPORT)FOR R-20 INSULATION SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS FOR REVISED SECOND FLOOR UNVENTED ATTIC TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE:
 ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE
 EVALUATION REPORT PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A)NEW ROOF HATCH AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B)BALCONY FINISH MEMBRANE. AND, CLEARLY MARK WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY

 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 C) NEW GARAGE DOOR SIZE THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED ON SHEET A-4.
  
 7-ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) ORIGINALS PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE
 APPROVED UNDER THE 2014 FBC 5TH EDITION NOT THE 2017
 FBC 6TH EDITION. NEED TO REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B)THE ENERGY FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED AT THE
 BOTTOM BY THE OWNER OR THE OWNER LEGALLY DESIGNATED
 AGENT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 C)PAGE 2 OF 5 INDICATES THAT THERE IS A KITCHEN IN THE
 ADDITION. THIS NEEDS TO BE COORDINATED WITH ITEM #2
 ABOVE. IF ZONING DOESN'T ALLOW THE KITCHENETTE, THEN
