 PLEASE PROVIDE SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 ANCHOR SPACES IN THE SOUTH BUILDING. THAT STRUCTURE AND
 THE PARKING GARAGE ARE SEPARATE BUILDINGS AND LOCATED
 ON PARCELS WITH DIFFERENT PCN.
 ALSO, THESE PROJECTS HAVE DIFFERENT INSPECTION
 REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE
 ISSUED ONLY FOR PARKING GARAGE.
 PERMIT 19051045 WILL BE FOR THE PARKING GARAGE SINCE
 THE ADDRESS WILL REMAIN AS STATED ON PERMIT
 THE NEW PERMIT WILL BE FOR ANCHOR SPACES AND ADDRESSES
 WILL NEED TO BE ASSIGNED TO EACH SPACE.
 THE SAME DRAWINGS WILL BE USED FOR THIS ADDITIONAL
 PERMIT SO NO ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS NEED TO BE SUPPLIED.
  
 I WILL SEPARATE COMMENTS ON THIS REVIEW
 THE PARKING GARAGE COMMENTS ARE BELOW.
 COMMENTS FOR THE ANCHOR SPACES TO FOLLOW, AND THEY WILL
 BE ADDED TO THE NEW PERMIT PLAN REVIEW.
  
 DB SPOKE TO EC AND THEY HAVE ALREADY WORKED OUT THEIR
 AIPP.
 VERIFICATION WILL BE ADDED TO PROVISOS.
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ART
 IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT THAT APPLIES TO
 ANY REMODEL OR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR WHICH THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED AFTER 6/29/14, AND THE
 TOTAL PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE EQUAL TO OR
 GREATER THAN $750,000 WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH THIS
 ORDINANCE. PER CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORDINANCE NO.
 4504-14, AND CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, ARTICLE V, ART IN PUBLIC PLACES, SECTION
 78-123(A) AND SECTION 78-126(A), THE ART ASSESSMENT IS
 1% OF THE TOTAL PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COST. PER CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES, ARTICLE V, ART IN
 PUBLIC PLACES, SECTION 78-122, RENOVATION AND NEW
 CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ARE ASSESSED CUMULATIVELY, SO THE
 ART ASSESSMENT WILL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL FUTURE
 PROJECTS. SEC. 78-129. - PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT FOR
 PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT. (A) APPLICABILITY. THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS ARTICLE AND THE PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT SECTION
 SHALL APPLY TO ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS,
 INCLUDING NEW CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR
 IMPROVEMENT OF AN EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE TOTAL
 CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN
 $750,000.00. ALL BUILDINGS WITHIN NEW PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENTS SHALL BE ASSESSED CUMULATIVELY TOWARDS
 THIS ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENT, EVEN IF THE
 BUILDINGS ARE PERMITTED SEPARATELY OR DEVELOPED IN
 PHASES. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION APPLY TO NEW
 DEVELOPMENT OR NEW CONSTRUCTION WITHIN EXISTING PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENTS.
 - THIS PROJECT MEETS THE CRITERIA TO PROVIDE AIPP.

 THE PARKING GARAGE CAN BE APPROVED WITH PROVISOS.
  
 PROVISOS:
 A) THE PARKING LOT ON GROUND LEVEL WILL NEED TO BE
 PERMITTED SEPARATELY.
 B) ENGINEERED DRAWINGS FOR THE TILT UP CONSTRUCTION AND
 BRACING WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED PRIOR TO ERECTING THE
 PARKING STRUCTURE.
 C) RESIDENT INSPECTOR AGREEMENT FOR THE ENGINEER TAH
 WILL INSPECT ANY WELDS/BOLTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
 PARKING GARAGE.
 D) PROVIDE OPENING CALCULATIONS FOR EACH TIER TO SHOW
 THAT THE STRUCTURE MEETS REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN GARAGE.
 CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO ELEVATIONS OR CALCULATIONS TO
 REVIEW FOR THE PARKING GARAGE.
 E) ENGINEERING FOR HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS.
 F) SUBMITTAL TO INCLUDE ANY PRODUCT APPROVALS INCLUDING
 WINDOWS, STOREFRONT AND DOORS.
 G) ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH SUB
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
 H) SIGNAGE TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT.
 SHEETS THAT SHOW SIGNAGE HAVE AN X PLACED ON THEM SINCE
 THEY ARE NOT APPROVED.
 H) FIRE SPRINKLERS AND FIRE ALARMS TO BE SUBMITTED AS
 SEPARATE PERMITS.
 I) AIPP COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; VERIFICATION REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO C.O.
 CONTACT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE.
 J) 5) CONSTRUCTION HOURS - 7AM TO 7PM MON-FRI, 8AM TO
 8PM SAT-SUN
