 NOTE:
 SEC. 702.6 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING MATERIALS AND METHODS.
 ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND
 METHODS REQUIREMENTS IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING; FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ENERGY CONSERVATION;
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, MECHANICAL; AND FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, PLUMBING, AS APPLICABLE, THAT SPECIFY MATERIAL
 STANDARDS, DETAIL OF INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION,
 JOINTS, PENETRATIONS, AND CONTINUITY OF ANY ELEMENT,
 COMPONENT, OR SYSTEM IN THE BUILDING.
  
  
 1- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY THE WINDOWS AND DOORS
 DESIGN PRESSURES. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2-PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR DOOR. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. NEED TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL, INCLUDING
 THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT SHOWS IF
 PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT CODE IN EFFECT.
  
 B)SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.
 WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. NEED
 TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL, INCLUDING
 THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT SHOWS IF
 PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT CODE IN EFFECT.
 NOTE: CLEARLY MARK WINDOW GLASS TYPE ON PAGE 1 OF 5 OF
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 ENGINEER'S CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 3-ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUBMITTED:
 A) DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON COLUMN 3 ARE TOO LOW.
 COORDINATE WITH DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) SHUTTER MOUNTING CONDITION TYPE SHOWN ON COLUMN 4 IS
 INCORRECT. THE CONNECTION TYPE IS FOR EXAMPLE WALL
 MOUNTED, BUILD-OUT MOUNTED, ETC. SEE SHEET 2 OF 4 OF
 SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL DRAWING SUBMITTED AND REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C)MINIMUM EDGE DISTANCE SHOWN ON COLUMN 8 IS INCORRECT.
 SEE ANCHOR SCHEDULE AND ANCHOR NOTE #6 ON SHEET 3 OF 4
 OF SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL DRAWING SUBMITTED AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- PLANS DON'T PROVIDE A NAME FOR THE PROPOSED ROOM.
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ON PLANS WHAT'S IS THE
 PROPOSED USE OF THE ROOM. PLEASE NAME THE ROOM. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- THE LANDING AT THE EXTERIOR DOOR NEED TO BE 36" MIN.
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE:
 TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET 3/5 SHOWS NEW LANDING TO
 BE 31". REVISE TYPICAL WALL SECTION AND FLOOR PLAN AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7-WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 PLEASE, INSERT CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL AND
