 2A) 109.3.6.1 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN. THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A (WRITTEN/ TYPED) SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE

 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST

 FEET BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS. HOW IS THE SQUARE FEET
 FIGURED, AS 2 BUILDINGS WITH AN ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE
 AND RATED WALLS OR AS ONE BUILDING? THE AGGREGATE AREA
 OF BOTH BUILDINGS BEING COMBINED INTO ONE AGGREGATE

 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 6) SHEET S1 HAS THE WIND DESIGN WITH BUILDING RISK
 CATEGORY III AND WIND SPEED (VULT) AS 180 MPH. THE
 PRESSURES GIVEN ARE FOR 50 SQ. FT. EFFECTIVE WIND AREA,

 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL HAVE A RUNNING SLOPE NOT STEEPER
 THAN ONE UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (8 %
 SLOPE).

 BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL (561) 233-5025. UPON
 APPROVAL, YOU MAY CHECK OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO
 THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW. PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND
 WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO

 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
