 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1B) PLEASE UPDATE THE CODE REFERENCE FOR THE MAXIMUM
 TRAVEL DISTANCE. THE COVERSHEET REFERENCES TABLE
 1016.2. IN THE 2017 FBC-B THE MAXIMUM TRAVEL DISTANCES
 ARE FOUND IN TABLE 1017.2 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. PLEASE
 UPDATE THE CODE REFERENCES.
  
 1C) PLEASE UPDATE THE CODE REFERENCES FOR MINIMUM
 CORRIDOR WIDTH, THE PLANS STATE SECTION 1018.2. IN THE

 REQUIRED EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS IS FOUND UNDER
 SECTION & TABLE 1006.2.1.
  
 1F) THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS TO
 EXITS PER STORY IS FOUND IN SECTION & TABLE 1006.3.1.
  
 1G) IT IS ASSUMED THAT THIS IS A NON-SPRINKLERED
 BUILDING WITH THE VARIOUS DISTANCES GIVEN IN THE ABOVE
 TABLES. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET 004-A121 THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THE CORRIDOR
 BUT THE LENGTH IS NOT GIVEN. WHEN THE PLANS ARE
 CALIBRATED FOR MEASUREMENTS THE LENGTH OF THE DEAD END
 CORRIDOR IS APPROXIMATELY 28 FEET. IT IS ASSUMED THIS
 IS A NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING LIMITING THE LENGTH OF A
 DEAD END CORRIDOR TO 20 FEET. THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET
 DOES NOT INDICATE WITH AN EXIT DIRECTIONAL GOING
 THROUGH THE STORAGE ROOM AND THIS IS CORRECT SINCE
 SECTION 1016.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES DOES
 NOT ALLOW EGRESS THROUGH STORAGE ROOMS. THE EXIT SIGN
 WITHIN THE STORAGE ROOM IS CORRECT SINCE IT IS ONLY FOR
 THIS ROOM.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION OF WHERE THE INTERIOR
 AND EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS IN RELATION TO THE
 NORTH WALL WITH WINDOWS, DOORS AND OVERHEAD EXTERIOR
 DOOR. BOTH THIS AREA AND THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE
 TENANT SEPARATION WALL ARE BOTH SHADED WITH THE SAME
 GRAY. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET A405 ADA STANDARDS NEED TO UPDATE THE HEIGHT
 OF GRAB BARS TO THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 5) SHEET A410 DETAILS THE INTERIOR ELEVATIONS & DETAIL
 D CABINET BASE @ MICROWAVE SHELF. IN BOTH DETAILS THEY
 SHOW THE BOTTOM OF THE SHELF THAT HOLDS THE MICROWAVE
 ARE LOCATED 4 FEET 10 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR.
 PLEASE CORRECT THE PLANS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:

 CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW) OF THE ROOF TOP
 COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND, THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS, WEIGHT, CIRCLED
 THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES, ANCHORS AND UPLIFT
 VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE STAND AND THE STAND
 TO THE ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL IS TO BE REVIEWED BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED BEFORE SUBMISSION TO
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
