 PLEASE CLARIFY AS CITY RECORDS DO NOT SHOW ANY WATER
 HEATER REPLACEMENT AND FLOOR PLAN SHOWS STORAGE TANK
 WATER HEATER. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) WATER HEATER MODEL PROVIDE ON SHT. P-1 SEEMS TO BE
 UNDER SIZED BASED ON THE HEAT RISE OF ONLY BEING
 CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HOT WATER FOR UP TO MAX 1.5 GPM.
 FBC-RES P2801.1 REQUIRES HOT WATER WHICH IS DEFINED AS
 110F MIN TO FIXTURES THAT ARE FOR BATHING AND CULINARY
 PURPOSES. SEE COMMENT #4 FOR FIXTURE FLOW MAX.
  
 3) THE INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR THE TANKLESS WATER
 HEATER REQUIRES 12" ABOVE AND BELOW THE UNIT. THE WATER
 HEATER WOULD NEED MIN 34" OF CLEARANCE . PROVIDE
 CABINET DETAIL SHOWING THE REQUIRED SPACE CAN BE
 OBTAINED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) MAXIMUM FLOW RATES FOR FIXTURES LISTED ON SHT. P-1
 IS NOT ACCURATE. PLEASE REFER TO FBC-RES P2903.2 WHICH
 ALLOWS LAVATORY AND SINKS TO BE 2.2GPM AND SHOWERS TO
 BE 2.5 GPM. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) THE KITCHEN SINK IS NOT PERMITTED TO DISCHARGE INTO
 BATHROOM GROUP WET VENT. PLEASE REVISE ISOMETRIC
 DRAWING ON SHT. P-1 SHOWING THE CONNECTION DOWNSTREAM
 OF THE BATHROOM GROUP. FBC-RES P3108.1
  
 6) BOTH SHT. A-4 AND SHT. P-1 DOES NOT SHOW THE
 REQUIRED 2% PRE-PITCHING OF THE FLOOR PRIOR TO THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER PAN. FBC-RES P 2709.3

 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATIONOF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
