 C) SITE PLAN STATES THAT THE REAR STRUCTURE IS
 "EXISTING GUEST HOUSE". THIS IS INCORRECT. THIS AN
 EXISTING GARAGE NOT EXISTING GUEST HOUSE. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- GUEST HOUSE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A-2:
 A)TYPICALLY ZONING DOESN'T ALLOW SEPARATE COOKING
 FACILITIES ON SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. COORDINATE WITH
 ZONING REVIEW COMMENTS. IF ZONING DOESN'T ALLOW THE
 KITCHENETTE, THEN NEED TO REVISE PLANS ACCORDINGLY,
 INCLUDING CHANGING THE NAME OF THE AREA SO IT DOESN'T
 IMPLY THAT ANY KIND OF COOKING IS APPROVED.

 VAPOR BARRIER. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONCRETE SLAB VAPOR BARRIER AS
