 1.) A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 2.) WILL A WALKWAY FROM THE SIDEWALK TO THE COVERED
 ENTRANCE BE PROVIDED? IF SO, PLEASE ILLUSTRATE IN THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS (I.E. EAVES, ROOF OVERHANGS,
 ETC.) SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN 3 FT. INTO ANY
 REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE SHOW DIMENSIONS FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(2)]
  
 4.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE PROPOSED A/C UNIT
 COMPRESSOR PAD TO THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4
 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE FOR
 CONSISTENCY. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4)]
  
 5.) BUILDING ELEVATIONS DO NOT SEEM TO MATCH FLOOR PLAN
 (I.E. DIRECTION). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 6.) A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE SUBMIT.
