 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1- UNITY OF TITLE (FOR CONDOS COMBINATION)
 COMBINING TWO ADJACENT UNITS REQUIRES A UNITY OF TITLE:
 A UNITY OF TITLE IS REQUIRED. SUBMIT APPLICATION TO THE
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT:

 SHOW WHAT IS NEW AND WHAT IS EXISTING. PROVIDE PLANS
 SHOWING EXISTING CONDITIONS AND PROPOSED CONDITIONS.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS SHOWING ALL
 DIMENSIONS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY ON PLANS OCCUPANCY GROUP, TYPE
 OF CONSTRUCTION, SPECIFY IF BUILDING IS FIRE
 SPRINKLERED OR NOT. AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.5.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: IF REPLACING EXTERIOR DOORS/WINDOWS, THEN PROVIDE
 COMPLETE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS REQUIRED BY SEE SEC.
 1603.1.4 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 5- PLANS DON'T PROVIDE DETAILS OR SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 804.4.1.6
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. PROVIDE INFORMATION ON PLANS.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION OR PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED
 CONTRACTS INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 7- NOTE #4 OF PROJECT DESCRIPTION ON SHEET A102
 SPECIFIES "NEW FLOORING AND FINISHES". SOUND PROOFING
 REPORT SUBMITTED CAN NOT BE REVIEWED UNTIL PROPOSED
 FINISH FLOORING IS SPECIFIED. SPECIFY PROPOSED FINISH
 FLOORING. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED

 PLEASE, INSERT CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL AND
 REMOVE/VOID THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.
 PLEASE DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS . SUBMIT OLD
 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS FOR REFERENCE.
