 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) LOT DIMENSIONS PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT
 MATCH THE DIMENSIONS PROVIDED IN THE SURVEY. THE
 DIMENSIONS SHOULD MATCH. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
  
 2.) STEPS AT THE NORTH END OF THE PROPERTY CANNOT BE
 LOCATED BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE WITHOUT THE APPROVAL
 OF THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT AS IT IS LOCATED
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3.) WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED PERIMETER WALL?
 THE HEIGHT SHALL BE NOTATED IN THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE HEIGHT OF THE WALL CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN
 HEIGHT WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF FLAGLER DRIVE AND 6
 FT. IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES.

 4.) THE PROPOSED WALL SHALL NOT IMPEDE UPON SIGHT
 VISIBILITY AT THE INTERSECTION OF FLAGLER DRIVE AND
 FLAGLER LANE. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE BY
 ILLUSTRATING THAT THE PROPOSED WALL DOES NOT ENCROACH
 WITHIN A 20 FT. SIGHT VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. [ZLDR

 5.) SHOW CALCULATIONS TO DEMONSTRATE THAT THERE IS AT
 LEAST 1,000 SQ. FT. (OR 75%) OF LANDSCAPED AREA WITHIN
 THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT.

 6.) DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ARE MISSING
 FROM THE SITE PLAN. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY SHALL BE
 SETBACK AT LEAST 3 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE.

 7.) SHOW SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED SWIMMING

 8.) PROPOSED A/C PAD (SHOWN IN THE SURVEY/SITE PLAN) AT
 THE NORTHEAST END OF THE PROPOSED RESIDENCE SEEMS TO BE
 IN CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED AREA FOR WASTE CONTAINER
 STORAGE (SHOWN IN THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN). PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 9.) REQUESTED INFORMATION ON THE ENTRANCE FEATURE HAS
 NOT BEEN PROVIDED (I.E. IS IT RAISED OR IS IT FLUSHED,
 ETC.). A PRELIMINARY DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 DETERMINE IF THE ENTRANCE FEATURE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH
