 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE AS IT IS A REQUIRED
 DOCUMENT.
  
 2.) LOT DIMENSIONS FROM THE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE SITE PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) THE SITE PLAN HAS A LOT OF OVERLAPPING WHICH MAKES
 IT DIFFICULT TO READ THE DIMENSIONS AND OTHER PERTINENT
 INFORMATION. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO TEXT
 OVERLAP. ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPING SHOULD NOT BE
 PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN, AS ANY EXISTING/PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING FOR THE PROJECT SHALL BE REVIEWED AS A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 4.) SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE OF ALL PROPOSED
 STRUCTURES (I.E. SWIMMING POOL, DRIVEWAYS, A/C UNIT
 PAD, ETC.) TO THE PROPERTY LINES TO ENSURE ALL
 STRUCTURES WILL MEET THE MINIMUM SETBACK DISTANCES PER
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 5.) THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING SHALL NOT EXCEED
 30 FT. THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE MEASURED
 FROM GRADE OF THE OUTSIDE WALL TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL
 BETWEEN THE EAVES AND THE RIDGE FOR GABLE, HOP AND
 GAMBREL ROOFS. [ZLDR S.94-72(A)(3)]
  
 6.) THE CHIMNEY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DISTRICT HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS BY 10%. PLEASE SHOW DIMENSIONS IN THE
 ELEVATIONS. [ZLDR S.94-306]
  
 7.) THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME EXTERIOR SCREENING PROPOSED
 FOR THE WASTE CONTAINERS, EMERGENCY GENERATOR, POOL
 EQUIPMENT, ETC.). PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE
 PROPOSED SCREENING (I.E. HEIGHT, SETBACK FROM PROPERTY
 LINES, ETC.). SUCH FEATURE SHALL ALSO BE ILLUSTRATED IN
 THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 8.) FLOOR PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE ELEVATIONS. PLEASE
 REVIEW AND ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 9.) A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FT. IN
 WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE FOR EACH DRIVEWAY OPENING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 10.) PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL COMPONENTS OF PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF THE
 ZLDRS BY DENOTING THE SETBACK(S) DISTANCE FROM THE
 DRIVEWAY TO THE PROPERTY LINE IN THE SITE PLAN (I.E.
 PORTION OF THE VEHICULAR TURNAROUND).
  
 11.) STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS (I.E. EAVES, ROOF OVERHANGS,
 ETC.) SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN 3 FT. INTO ANY
 REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE SHOW DIMENSIONS FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(2)]

 LANDSCAPING, HARDSCAPES (I.E. DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAYS),
