2019-06-21 08:40:01THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S) WITH
 ADDITIONAL REVIEW BY FRIEDERIKE MITTNER (CITY HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION PLANNER):
  
 1. THE EXISTING WINDOW SCHEDULE IS INCORRECT. WINDOW
 TYPES ARE MISLABELED, AND THEREFORE IS IT NOT POSSIBLE
 TO REPLACE WITH EXISTING TYPE. (JALOUSIE WINDOWS ARE
 NOT AVAILABLE AS AN IMPACT PRODUCT, SOME WINDOWS ARE
 LIKELY CASEMENT WINDOWS.)
 2. FILLING IN WINDOW #11 (LIVING ROOM) IS NOT AN
 OPTION. A SINGLE-HUNG WILL BE REQUIRED.
 3. THE USE OF TWO SLIDING DOORS IN THE REAR IS NOT AN
 OPTION. THE PLANS CAN BE REVISED TO A TWO PAIRED FRENCH
 DOOR.
 4. PROPOSED WINDOW SCHEDULE SHOWS WINDOWS BEING
 INSTALLED IN OPENINGS #7 AND #8. DOORS ARE PROPOSED TO
 BE HERE. REVISE INCONSISTENCIES.
 5. REVISE ALL NARROW SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS (APPROXIMATELY
 23?-28? WIDE) TO HAVE A 4/4 LITE PATTERN WITH EXTERNAL
 OGEE DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS OR MULTI-LITE CASEMENTS.
 6. REVISE ALL WIDE SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS (APPROXIMATELY
 48? WIDE) TO HAVE A 6/1 LITE PATTERN WITH EXTERNAL OGEE
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS OR REPLACE WITH PAIRED WINDOWS.
 7. THE WINDOW SCHEDULE AND ELEVATIONS SHOW A DIFFERENT
 TYPE OF WINDOW. PLEASE REVISE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY.
 8. THE ELEVATIONS, WINDOW SCHEDULES, AND DOOR SCHEDULES
 ARE INCONSISTENT. REVISE. THESE ITEMS MUST BE
 CONSISTENT WITH EACH OTHER.
 9. ?ALL WOOD SIDING SHALL MATCH EXISTING IN PROFILE &
 MATERIALS IF POSSIBLE? ON A-2 IMPLIES THAT ALL SIDING
 ON THE STRUCTURE CAN BE REPLACED AND INSTALLED AS LONG
 AS IT MATCHES THE EXISTING IN PROFILE AND MATERIALS IF
 POSSIBLE. REVISE LANGUAGE TO SHOW THAT THE WOOD SIDING
 USED TO FILL-IN FORMER WINDOW OPENINGS WILL MATCH
 EXISTING IN PROFILE AND MATERIALS. CONDITION B (IF
 APPROVED) WAS AIMED AT IN-FILL OF FORMER WINDOW
 OPENINGS AND HAS BEEN REVISED TO REFLECT THIS.
  
 THE PERMIT, ONCE PASSED WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION(S):
 A. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS (LOW-E
 COATING WITH CLEAR GLASS PERMISSIBLE).
 B. ALL WOOD SIDING FOR FORMER WINDOW OPENING IN-FILL
 SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING IN PROFILE AND MATERIAL IF
 POSSIBLE. IF MATERIAL IS NOT POSSIBLE, THE USE OF CEDAR
 OR CYPRESS SHALL BE REQUIRED.
 C. COMPLETE OR SUBSTANTIAL REPLACEMENT OF WOOD SIDING
 IS NOT PERMITTED.
