 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE RESPONSE LETTER FROM TOMMY COOK DATED AUGUST 9,
 2019, STATES THAT A DIFFERENT OFFICE TRAILER IS
 PROPOSED TO BE USED IN LIEU OF THE ORIGINALLY PROPOSED
 ONE; HOWEVER, THE ORIGINAL TRAILER PLANS, UPLOADED ON
 JUNE 5, 2019, ARE STILL INCLUDED WITH THE SUBMITTAL. IF
 THESE PLANS ARE NOT TO BE USED, THEN THE APPLICANT
 NEEDS TO GET THEM VOIDED OR REMOVED FROM THE SUBMITTAL
 PACKET. THE ZONING REVIEW BELOW IS BASED ON THE PLANS
 UPLOADED ON AUGUST 9, 2019, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
  
 2) REPEAT/UPDATED COMMENT: NONE OF THE PLANS SHOW THE
 TOTAL LENGTH OF THE TRAILERS, TO INCLUDE THE DIMENSION
 FOR THE TRAILER HITCHES. THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE
 TRAILER HITCH LENGTH DIMENSION WAS PROVIDED IN THE
 PREVIOUS COMMENTS.
  
 3) REPEAT/UPDATED COMMENT: THE TRAILER FLOOR PLAN
 MEASURES 23.33 FEET DEEP, WITH NO DIMENSION PROVIDED
 FOR THE OVERALL WIDTH (SEE COMMENT NO. 1); HOWEVER,
 BASED ON THE TITLE BLOCK THE TRAILERS ARE 59 FEET IN
 LENGTH PLUS THE TRAILER HITCH LENGTH. THE JOB TRAILER
 SITE PLAN SHEET, WHICH WAS NOT UPDATED FOR THE
 RESUBMITTAL, SHOWS THE TRAILERS BEING INSTALLED ON TOP
 OF ONE OF THE PARKING BAYS WHICH MEASURES 18 FEET BY 63
 FEET.
  
 A. THE JOB TRAILER SITE PLAN MUST USE THE MOST RECENT
 SURVEY FOR THE JFK NORTH MEDICAL CENTER AS THE BASE
 DRAWING AND ACCURATELY, TO SCALE, SHOW WHERE THE
 TRAILER IS TO BE INSTALLED. .
 B. THE REVISED JOB TRAILER SITE PLAN MUST INCLUDE THE
 ACTUAL SCALED DIMENSION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER
 COMPLEX, TO INCLUDE ANY REQUIRED STEPS OR ADA RAMPS AND
 THE HOLDING TANK.
 C. THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER COMPLEX MAY NOT BLOCK THE
 PARKING LOT MANEUVERING AISLES. BASED ON THE DEPTH OF
 THE TRAILER, PLUS THE STEPS/RAMPS REQUIRED BY COMMENT
 NO. 2B, IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THE DRIVE AISLE IN
 FRONT OF THE TRAILER WILL NOT MEET THE MINIMUM DRIVE
 AISLE WIDTH. YOU MUST PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS.
 D. THE INSTALLATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER COMPLEX
 IS NOT PERMITTED TO REMOVE OR DAMAGE ANY EXISTING TREES
 IN THE AREA. THIS MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS, SO THE EXISTING TREES ADJACENT TO
 THE PARKING AISLE MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE TRAILER FLOOR PLAN AND
 ELEVATIONS SHOW DOORS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 TRAILERS. THE SITE PLAN MUST SHOW ANY REQUIRED STEPS
 (AND ADA RAMPS) AND WALKWAYS LEADING FROM THE DOORS -
 NO TREES ARE PERMITTED TO BE REMOVED TO ACCOMMODATE THE
 STEPS OR WALKWAYS.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: THE TRAILER FLOOR PLAN AND
 ELEVATIONS SHOW A DOOR ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 TRAILERS. THE SITE PLAN MUST SHOW AND REQUIRED STEPS
 (AND ADA RAMPS) LEADING FROM THE DOORS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE INSTALLATION OF STAIRS MAY NOT BLOCK THE
 EXISTING PARKING LOT AISLE.
  
 6) UPDATED COMMENT: SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE TEMPORARY
 POWER POLE WITH THE METER ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 7) REPEAT COMMENT: THE TEMPORARY UNDERGROUND WATER LINE
 IS SHOWN INSTALLED DIRECTLY THROUGH EXISTING TREES,
 WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. THE WATER LINE MUST USE THE
 EXISTING TREE PLAN AS A BASE AND BE INSTALLED IN A
 LOCATION TO AVOID DAMAGING THE ROOT SYSTEM OF THE
 EXISTING TREES.
  
 8) REPEAT COMMENT: IF THE BUILDING DIVISION DETERMINES
 THAT THE TRAILER COMPLEX IS REQUIRED TO HAVE ADA
 ACCESS, THEN A SEPARATE PARKING LOT RESTRIPING PERMIT
 TO INSTALL AN ADA COMPLIANT PARKING SPACE FOR THE
 TRAILER COMPLEX IS REQUIRED.
  
 9) REPEAT COMMENT: DESCRIBE THE METHOD BEING USED TO
 PHYSICALLY PLACE THE TRAILERS AT THE DESIGNATED
 LOCATION.
