2019-05-03 16:30:00PER SECTION 94-111, WHEN A STALL IS ADJACENT TO A WALL,
 FENCE, BUILDING OR OTHER PHYSICAL OBSTRUCTION, THE
 STALL WIDTHS SHALL BE INCREASED BY A MINIMUM OF ONE
 FOOT. PLEASE INCREASE THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED
 PARALLEL PARKING SPACE.
  
 FOR PARKING AT 90 DEGREE ANGLE, REQUIRED STALL WIDTH IS
 8'6". MAY HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO ADJUST STALL WIDTH TO
 MEET OTHER CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 FIGURE XV-2 OF SECTION 94-484 CAN BE REVIEWED FOR
 ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS TO UTILIZE SPACE TO PROVIDE BEST
 PARKING CONFIGURATION FOR TENANTS.
  
  
 A MINIMUM THREE- FOOT BACK UP AREA SHALL BE PROVIDED AT
 THE TERMINUS OF ANY DEAD-END DRIVE AISLE TO ALLOW FOR
 VEHICLES TO SAFELY PULL OUT OF END PARKING SPACES. THE
 LAST PARKING SPACE IN THE ROW DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVVE
 ENOUGH ROOM TO BACK OUT TO GET OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.
 PLEASE AMEND
  
 ALL NEW SURFACE PARKING LOTS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE STANDARDS OF SECTION 94-113(F):
 A MINIMUM OF 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED, TO
 INCLUDE HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT TO THREE-FOOT
 INTERVALS AND MAINTAINED AT A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36
 INCHES AT MATURITY. SHADE TREES SHALL BE POLANTED AT 30
 FOOT INTERVALS. PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES OF EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE IF ANY LANDSCAPE WILL BE AFFECTED BY
 NEW PAVEMENT, PLEASE ILLUSTRATE WHERE ADDITIONAL
 LANDSCAPE WILL BE PROVIDED (SPECIES, HEIGHT) IF NEEDED
 TO MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS
  
 IS A NEW GATE PROPOSED THAT CROSSES INTO THE ALLEY?
 PLEASE CLARIFY GATE LOCATION AND WHAT BLUE OUTLINE
 INDICATES. NEW PAVING AND LOCATION OF GATE CANNOT CROSS
 OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY LINE.
