2019-05-01 12:22:54ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) THIS CORNER PARCEL SHOWS IT IS UNDER A SEPARATE
 PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER. WHILST IT IS THE SAME OWNER,
 GIVEN THAT IT'S A SEPARATE LOT, YOU WOULD EITHER HAVE
 TO UNIFY THE LOTS TO APPLY FOR ONE PERMIT, OR REQUEST A
 SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THIS LOT.
 2) INDICATE ON SURVEYS THE DIMENSIONS (LXW) OF PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY. DRIVEWAY WIDTH AT PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 20' IN WIDTH. MINIMUM WIDTH DIMENSION IS 8.5'.
 3) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 4) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). FRONT YARD AREA IS CALCULATED
 AS FOLLOWS: 25' X LENGTH OF FRONTAGE = FRONT YARD AREA.
  
 NOTE: IF MATERIAL OF NEW DRIVEWAY ARE PAVERS, THEN 60%
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED.
