 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR FLAT ROOF AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 AND CLEARLY MARK WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
 FAC 61G20-3.001.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $15,000. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $422.02.
  
 3- A RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR
 ANY WORK EXCEEDING $2,500 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 713.13
 F.S. PROVIDE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY HOW MUCH EMBEDMENT IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE EXP. BOLTS SPECIFIED TO FASTEN THE
 STEEL COLUMN PLATE TO THE CONCRETE FOOTING. SEC.
 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
