 1. [ SATISFIED ] - SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) SHOULD SHOW
 THE FINISHED PRODUCT. DEMOLITION CAN BE SHOWN ON THE
 DEMOLITION PLAN. THE SITE PLAN DENOTES A DETAIL FOR THE
 AREA OF THE NEW HANDICAP RAMP AS BEING DETAIL #3 ON
 SHEET D-1, WHICH IS CORRECT, BUT A DETAIL #1 ON SHEET
 SP-1 ALSO PERTAINS TO THIS AREA.
  
 1.1 [ SATISFIED ] - SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE PROPOSED
 HANDICAP RAMP. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 SETBACK BETWEEN THE RAMP AND ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
 PROVIDED THAT THE RAMP IS LESS THAN 3 FEET ABOVE GRADE,
 IT MAY PROJECT TO A POINT NO CLOSER THAN 2 FEET TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE. IF THE RAMP IS IN EXCESS OF 3 FEET, IT
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE MAIN BUILDING.
  
 1.2 [ NEW COMMENT ] - ONLY ONE SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. THERE ARE TWO SHEETS THAT ARE BOTH LABELSED
 SHEET SP-1 AND SHOW DIFFERENT ELEMENTS.
  
 1.3 [ NEW COMMENT ] - SHEET SP-1 PREPARED BY SCHMIDT
 NICHOLS IS NOT THE CURRENT PROPOSED SITE PLAN AND DOES
 NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT IS BEING
 PROPOSED.
  
 2. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - A CURRENT AND ACCURATE
 SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - THE SHEET FROM COMPASS SURVEYING
 IS SHOWING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS. THE IMPROVEMENTS
 SHOWN THEREON DO NOT MATCH THE CURRENT PROPOSED SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 3. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441
 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS), BECAUSE THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE
 SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV
 (LANDSCAPING) OF THE ZLDRS, INCLUDING THE EXISTING
 PARKING LOT. PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED INDICATING SUCH.
 IF EXISTING MATERIAL IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND ALL
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV HAVE BEEN MET, THEN NO
 ADDITIONAL PERMIT/INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. IF THE
 EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ALL OF
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV, THEN ADDITIONAL
 MATERIAL WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND
 PERMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT PLANS SHOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO,
 THE FOLLOWING:

 LIGHT POLES, ETC. THAT MAY IMPACT LANDSCAPING.
  
 3.4. [ SATISFIED ] - TABULATION TABLE INDICATING HOW
 THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL COMPLIES WITH
 ARTICLE XIV.
  
 3.5. [ SATISFIED ] - SPECIES, QUANTITY, HEIGHT, SPREAD,
 SPACING, AND LOCATION OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 3.6. [ SATISFIED ] - STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS
 WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY (PLEASE
 NOTE THAT ANY NEW IRRIGATION SHALL BE DONE UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT).
  
 3.7 [ NEW COMMENT ] - LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOULD NOT BE
 INCLUDED IN THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AS THEY
 HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT.

 SITE PLAN (THEY ARE SHOWN ON THE PLAN PREPARED BY
 SCHMIDT NICHOLS, BUT NOT DKK) AND SHALL NOT ENCROACH
 MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACK.
