 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE FLOORING ON THE 2ND FLOOR (R2) AREA
 TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1207 (PLEASE SEE A AND B BELOW)
 (CARPET WOULD BE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS)
 A. FBC 1207.2, FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING
 DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR AIR
 BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
 THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED GYPSUM
 CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
 B. FBC 1207.3, FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN
 DWELLING UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC
 OR SERVICE AREA WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN
 IMPACT INSULATION CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN
 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ASTM E 492. THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED
 GYPSUM CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
  
 2) DRAWING S3 SHOWS THE ADDITION OF 5/8 INCH DRYWALL
 BEING ADDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOOR JOIST. PLEASE
 SHOW ON THE DRAWINGS THE EXISTING FIRE RATING (1HR ? )
 TO BE MAINTAINED PER FBC EXISTING BUILDING 703.1 AND
 803.6 ( FBC 420.3 )
  
 3) DOOR LABELED (DR19) AND (DR18) DOUBLE DOORS - AT
 LEAST ONE OF THE DOORS NEEDS TO PROVIDE A 32 INCH CLEAR
 OPENING TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1010.1.1 (MEANS OF EGRESS
 DOOR WIDTH).
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE EXIT ACCESS DOOR FROM SMALL ASSEMBLY
 ROOM IN THE 1ST FLOOR CREATED HALLWAY TO HAVE EXIT
 SIGNAGE TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1013.1
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING FOR THE EGRESS
 THROUGH THE ENCLOSED HALLWAY TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1008.3
  
 6) LOCATION OF EXIT SIGNS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHOWN
 ON THE FLOOR PLAN SHOULD MATCH THE LOCATIONS SHOWN ON
