 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) SHOULD SHOW THE FINISHED
 PRODUCT. DEMOLITION CAN BE SHOWN ON THE DEMOLITION
 PLAN. THE SITE PLAN DENOTES A DETAIL FOR THE AREA OF
 THE NEW HANDICAP RAMP AS BEING DETAIL #3 ON SHEET D-1,
 WHICH IS CORRECT, BUT A DETAIL #1 ON SHEET SP-1 ALSO
 PERTAINS TO THIS AREA.
  
 2. A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), BECAUSE THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT
 INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE
 ZLDRS, INCLUDING THE EXISTING PARKING LOT. PLANS SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED INDICATING SUCH. IF EXISTING MATERIAL IS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND ALL PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV
 HAVE BEEN MET, THEN NO ADDITIONAL PERMIT/INSTALLATION
 IS REQUIRED. IF THE EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE DOES NOT
 CONFORM TO ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV, THEN
 ADDITIONAL MATERIAL WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 AND PERMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT PLANS SHOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO,
 THE FOLLOWING:
  
 3.1. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, ETC.
  
 3.2. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES,
 SHRUBS, GROUND COVERS, ETC.
  
 3.3. THE LOCATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD LINES, WATER METERS, TRANSFORMERS, CHECK
 VALVES, CLEAN OUTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC.
 THAT MAY IMPACT LANDSCAPING.
  
 3.4. TABULATION TABLE INDICATING HOW THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL COMPLIES WITH ARTICLE XIV.
  
 3.5. SPECIES, QUANTITY, HEIGHT, SPREAD, SPACING, AND
 LOCATION OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 3.6. STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM,
 INCLUDING THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY (PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ANY NEW IRRIGATION SHALL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT).
  
 4. A/C UNITS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN AND SHALL
 NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED
 SIDE SETBACK. ARE THERE EXISTING A/C UNITS IN THAT
 LOCATION?
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL/SECTION OF THE WINDOW
 INSTALLATION. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-222(H)(6) OF THE
 CITY?S ZLDRS, WINDOWS SHALL BE RECESSED A MINIMUM OF
 TWO INCHES FROM THE EXTERIOR FACE OF THE FACADE.
