 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THE RESUBMITTAL PACKAGE STATES THAT
 NO RAMPS WILL BE USED, SO THE RAMP PLAN INCLUDED WITH
 THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. PLEASE
 CONTACT LAURA MARCHANT TO HAVE THIS PLAN REMOVED FROM
 THE ELECTRONIC PERMIT SET.
  
 2) NEW COMMENT: THE RESUBMITTED PLANS INCLUDE STAIRS
 WITH LANDINGS AT EACH OF THE ENTRANCES. THE STAIR PLANS
 SHOW THESE AS 39 INCHES WIDE WHEN MEASURED FROM THE
 FACE OF THE TRAILER; HOWEVER, THE CIVIL SITE PLAN
 DIMENSIONS THESE AS 8 FEET FROM THE FACE OF THE
 TRAILER. UPDATE THE CIVIL SITE PLAN TO SHOW THE ACTUAL
 SIZE OF THE STAIRS WITH THE ACCURATE DIMENSIONS.
  
 3) NEW COMMENT: THE SOUTHEASTERN MOST PARKING SPACE
 DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED 24 FOOT BACK UP AREA.
 PERHAPS THESE SPACES CAN BE ANGLED SIMILAR TO THE ONES
 TO AVOID THE TREE.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT: THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CIVIL PLAN HAS A
 DIMENSION LINE SHOWN FOR 20.9 FEET. WHAT IS THIS FOR?
  
 5) NEW COMMENT: HOW ARE TRAILERS BEING BROUGHT IN AND
 SET? THE ORIENTATION OF THE TOW BARS DOES NOT SEEM TO
 FACILITATE THEM TO BE DRIVEN INTO PLACE.
  
 6) THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT,
 WITH PLANS. PLEASE NOTE: THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE CANNOT
 BLOCK THE PAVED ACCESS DRIVE ALONG THE SMITH AND MOORE
 PROPERTY AS THIS IS ACCESS TO THEIR LOT. GRANTING AN
 ACCESS EASEMENT IS PART OF THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT
