 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, SUBMIT A
 REVISED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT TO THE PLANNING DIVISION
 WHICH INCLUDES THE PROPOSED TREE RELOCATION AND REMOVAL
 BASED ON THE TRAILER INSTALLATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED - CONTACT RAY
 CARANCI AT (561) 822-1462.
  
 2) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE PERMIT SET INCLUDES RAMP
 PLANS WHEN THERE ARE NO RAMPS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
 IF THIS TRAILER REQUIRES RAMPS, THEN THE SITE PLAN MUST
 BE REVISED. IF RAMPS ARE NOT REQUIRED, REMOVE THEM OR
 "X" THEM OUT FROM THE PLANS.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE
 ENTRY LANDING WALKWAY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRAILERS
 TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4) PROVIDE A SURVEY FOR THE TRAILER LOT, INCLUDING ANY
 EASEMENTS.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE ACCURATE TRAILER
 DIMENSIONS, THE DIMENSIONS OF THE LANDING WALKWAY AND
 THE SHOW THE TRAILER TOW BARS, WITH DIMENSIONS.
  
 6) THE ELEVATION DRAWING NEEDS TO USE NORTH, SOUTH,
 EAST AND WEST, NOT FRONT, BACK AND SIDE FOR EACH
 FACADE.
  
 7) THE ELEVATION DRAWING IS NOT ACCURATE. THE LEFT -
 WEST ELEVATION FAILS TO SHOW THE DOOR THAT IS SHOWN ON
 THE FLOOR PLANS AND SITE PLAN.
  
 8) THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT,
 WITH PLANS. PLEASE NOTE: THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE CANNOT
 BLOCK THE PAVED ACCESS DRIVE ALONG THE SMITH AND MOORE
 PROPERTY AS THIS IS ACCESS TO THEIR LOT. GRANTING AN
 ACCESS EASEMENT IS PART OF THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT
 ORDER.
