 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) PLEASE NOTE ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION THE TERM
 TEMPORARY UNDER THE BUILDING CODE DEFINITION IS 180
 DAYS. THIS CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WILL BE THERE MORE THAN
 180 DAYS. PLEASE STRIKE THROUGH THE TERMINOLOGY
 TEMPORARY. SEE DEFINITIONS.
  
 2) SITE CIVIL PLAN:
  
 2A) THE SITE PLAN INDICATES FROM THE MODULAR BUILDING
 46 FEET X 56 FEET THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING IS ONLY
 9.7 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE OR 9.7 FEET SEPARATION
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. NOT THE 25 FEET SEPARATION AS
 SHOWN ON THE PLAN. THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH
 IS THE VIKING ARMS, PROPERTY NOT UNDER YOUR CONTROL.
 THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 602 FOR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENT FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE FOR 5 TO 10 FEET SEPARATION DISTANCE FOR TYPE
 VB CONSTRUCTION A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL WOULD BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 2B) THERE IS ALSO A NOTE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 MODULAR BUILDING THAT STATES 2- 8? X 56? TRAILER TIMBER
 FRAMED DECKS. THERE ARE NO PLANS FOR THE FRAMING OF THE
 DECK FOUNDATION NOR GUARDRAIL SYSTEM FOR THE DECK NOR
 LOADING FACTOR. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2C) TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SITE PLAN, THERE APPEARS TO
 BE A PARKING SPACE WITH AN ACCESSIBLE AISLE, IS THIS A
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND AISLE? IF SO THEY NEED TO
 BE DESIGNED TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNI CODE
 ARTICLE XV STALL PARKING SPACES FOR ACCESSIBILITY. 2017
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 502.3.3 MARKING AND ADVISORY.
  
 3) SUBMITTED LETTER FROM VESTA MODULAR STATING THAT THE
 STATE APPROVED PLANS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THE
 STATE WEBSITE, YES THEY ARE, I LOCATED THEM MYSELF. YOU
 CAN LOCATE THE STATE APPROVED 3RD PARTY APPROVED PLANS
 USING THE FL. INSIGNIA # MB-039138. WHEN YOU ENTER THE
 INSIGNIA NUMBER YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE PLAN TRACKING
 NUMBER 18134. ALL DOCUMENTS WILL BE 19 PAGES. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE UPLOADED INTO PROJECT DOX.
  
 4) WHAT THE STATE AND OR 3RD PARTY DOES NOT APPROVE AND
 IS UP TO THE LOCAL JURISDICTION IS THE SITE SPECIFIC
 FOUNDATION, THAT HAS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, IN THIS
 CASE SIGNED AND SEALED ELECTRONICALLY.
 61G15-23.005 PROCEDURES FOR SIGNING AND SEALING
 ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
 REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.

 SCANNED, FACSIMILE, DIGITALLY CREATED OR COPIED IMAGE
 OF THE LICENSEE?S SIGNATURE SHALL NOT BE USED ON
 ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND SEALED ENGINEERING PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
