 2A) THE PLAN LIST THE ICE CREAM SHOP PRODUCTION AREA AS
 HAVING 5951 SQ. FEET. WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 15.
 5951/15= 396.73 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR. THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 FACTOR FOUND IN THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.2. SHOULD
 BE INDUSTRIAL 100 GROSS OR AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 60
 OCCUPANTS.
  
 2B) IN THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY 2089 SQ. FEET THE PLAN
 INDICATES 7 OCCUPANTS. 2089/100= 21 OCCUPANTS. BUSINESS
 USE 100 GROSS.
  
 2C) IN THE BLAST FREEZER THE FOOTAGE OF 2089 SQ. FEET
 INDICATES 2 PERSONS. AGAIN IN TABLE 1004.1.2. FOR A
 WAREHOUSE USE YOU SHOULD USE 500 SQ. FT. AS AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD FACTOR OR 2089/ 500= 5 OCCUPANTS.
  
 2D) THESE COMMENTS ARE COMMON FOR ALL OF THE LIFE
 SAFETY SHEETS. THE OCCUPANT LOADS ARE GOING TO
 INCREASE, WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF FIRE SPRINKLERS OR
 NOT THE MAXIMUM COMMON PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL DISTANCE
 CANNOT BE DETERMINED. SEE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.2.1.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
